SPECIFY WITH CONFIDENCE
The details behind your box.
Use this guide to prepare your brief. These are options for discussion, not a fixed stock specification.
| 350gsm white card | White paperboard printed with your artwork, then laminated. Confirm the lamination film and intended surface appearance on the approved sample. |
|---|---|
| 375gsm silver-laminated card | A white paperboard base with a silver-colored film laminated onto its surface. The silver film creates the reflective metallic appearance; this is paperboard packaging, not solid metal. |
| Silver card printing & reverse UV | Printed artwork on the silver-laminated surface, followed by reverse UV. Coordinate the areas of metallic reflection and the contrasting visual or tactile finish using the actual material sample. |
| Box construction | Custom die-cut, folded and glued packaging boxes. Review opening, base, creasing and product support against the dimensions, product weight and packing process. |
| Dimensions & fit | Provide internal length × width × height with units. Check panel allowances, flap clearance and any insert on a structural sample. |
| Artwork & color | Provide your logo, artwork and color references. White and silver-laminated surfaces reflect light differently, so approve color and finish on the selected material. |
| Packing & delivery | Usually supplied flat; confirm the folding, gluing and packing arrangement. Protect printed and finished surfaces during transport. |
| Quantity & samples | Minimum quantity, sample cost, production time and shipping are quoted for the selected size, material, artwork and finish. Confirm them before ordering. |
Design consideration: Paperboard grade and finishing must suit the product. Food contact, moisture exposure and other special conditions need a separate material review.
MAKE IT UNMISTAKABLY YOURS
Structure. Print. Finish. Fit.
For white and silver card packaging boxes, coordinate the paperboard surface, printed design and final finish from the start. Choose laminated 350gsm white card for a clean printed presentation, or printed 375gsm silver-laminated paperboard with reverse UV for a metallic premium look.
01 / Artwork
Bring your logo, brand colors and panel artwork. Check orientation, seams, folds and safe areas against the agreed dieline.
02 / Finishing
350gsm white card is printed and laminated. For 375gsm silver-laminated paperboard, print onto the silver-colored film surface and apply reverse UV. Review the metallic reflection and contrast on a finished sample rather than a screen image alone.
03 / Interior
Consider product placement, dividers, inserts and ease of removal. Confirm the internal fit with the complete product pack.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Questions worth asking.
What is silver-laminated paperboard?
It is white paperboard with a silver-colored film laminated onto its surface. The film gives the pack a reflective metallic appearance. Our 375gsm option is printed and finished with reverse UV; confirm the exact material and appearance on your approved sample.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary by construction, dimensions, material and printing. Send your target quantity for each design and size so the order can be quoted accurately.
Can I see a sample before production?
Ask which sample type suits your project: a blank structural sample, printed proof or finished sample may answer different questions. Confirm cost, timing and approval requirements before proceeding.
What do you need for an accurate quote?
Include the box type, internal dimensions with units, product weight, quantity per design, artwork reference, finishing, insert requirements and destination. Tell us which details are still undecided.
Can you guarantee a delivery date now?
A reliable schedule needs a confirmed specification, quantity, approval plan and delivery destination. Discuss your target date before ordering; production and shipping timing must be confirmed for the actual project.
